My purpose and my passion are making peoples’ work lives better. I do this through my work as a management consultant and coach and through my involvement in higher education.
 

As a management consultant and coach; I focus on leadership development, organizational change, and strategic planning. My coaching efforts use data-driven methodologies to help individuals achieve both high performance and meaningful fulfillment in their work lives. At the end of the day, my work is about leaving a place better than I found it.  I have 25+ years of consulting experience and more than 2000 hours of coaching experience. 

 

I am particularly thankful to be able to help people from underrepresented backgrounds navigate and grow in the corporate environment.

In addition, I also teach MBA and graduate psychology courses in areas such as leadership, business strategy, and the use of psychometric assessments in the workplace. I have personally chaired more than 35 completed doctoral dissertations on topics ranging from organizational culture to servant leadership, to encouraging success among minorities in the workplace.
